Clerk of Court Roger D. Eaton provides a mobile application that offers an array of automated features tailored to enhance the experience for Charlotte County citizens:

• Online Check-In: Early online check-in and registration are available to save time when appearing for Jury duty.
• Automatic Updates: Through early registration, you will receive notifications via text or email if your presence is needed for Jury Service.
• Check-In Kiosk: Streamline the check-in process with our self-service kiosk, allowing you to scan your summons barcode, swipe your driver’s license, or use your mobile device if you pre-registered online.
• Online Excusals: Electronic excusal requests are offered for postponements of Jury Service commitments.
• Same Day Juror Pay: Juror compensation is promptly provided on the day of service.
• Location Services: Access an interface to Google Maps for directions to the Charlotte County Justice Center and the option to print directions.
